Aaj ke liye yeh challenge try karke dekhiye:

"Digital Detox Challenge"

Subah ki Shuruaat:
Apna subah ka 1 ghanta bina phone ke guzariye. Is samay mein meditation kariye, exercise kariye ya phir apne daily routine par dhyan dijiye.

Office ya Padhai ke dauran:
Har ghante mein 10 minute ka break lijiye, lekin is break mein phone use nahi karna. Thoda walk kariye ya stretching exercises kariye.

Raat ko Sone se Pehle:
Sone se 1 ghanta pehle apna phone switch off kar dijiye aur kisi kitaab ko padhiyie, journal likhiyie ya phir apne day ko reflect kariye.


Aaj ka din apne liye bina digital distraction ke guzariye aur dekhiye ki aap kaisa mehsoos karte hain!
